With over 20 years of experience in human resources and corporate communications I've developed training and programs on a variety of topics all with the goal of making communication clearer and more consistent so that teams can be more effective and successful together.
Prior to founding BCJ Insights, I managed a comprehensive HR program for a 30-person company where I oversaw the hiring and onboarding processes, benefits, professional development, performance management, and all day-to-day HR operations.
Some of what you think of when you think of HR seems like just paperwork. For me, it's so much more than that.
